Acute Medics has a well deserved reputation for providing high-quality, cost-effective medical cover for any size of event. We are with you from start to finish.

Event Requirements

A detailed discussion with an experienced medical event manager will take place where we will discuss your event in detail and find out the medical resources that are required to cover it. 

Evaluation of medical resources based on various factors will take place to ensure the cover is adequate and you will be sent an electronic quote. 

Once the quote is agreed and accepted along with our terms and conditions then that will complete the booking process.  Once booked we turn up at the right time and place with the correct staff and equipment. No excuses. No let-downs. 

Pre-Event

We will work with you and your team to organise any logistics for the event and create detailed medical plans that include a full risk assessment. We hold all appropriate insurances and all our staff are highly trained and undertake regular training and assessments to ensure they maintain current and competent in their field. Copy of qualifications and DBS's can be provided if required for all staff. 

On the Day

Our team will arrive early, set up any equipment and get into position. Communicating will take place via a digital radio system and we will work with you to ensures we are in constant contact.

All treatment will be documented with our electronic Patient Care Records (PCR), samples of our PCRs are regularly audited by our clinical team to ensure that they are capturing the correct clinical and patient information. All PCRs are recorded and stored as per GDPR standards. 

Post Event

You will have a post-event wrap-up call with one of our medical event managers.
